At AfriKwado, every piece is crafted with intention, care, and individuality. Because most of our items are made-to-order, we aim to ensure that you love what you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
• You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In original condition with tags and packaging intact
• Returned with proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Because of our handcrafted and personalized process, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items purchased on sale or with discount codes
• Worn, stained, or damaged items

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or prefer another item, we’re happy to help with an exchange (based on availability). Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at info@afrikwado.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photo (if item is damaged or defective).
3. Our team will guide you through the return process, including the return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank

Shipping Costs
• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If you’re outside Nigeria, returns and exchanges are possible but shipping & customs fees may apply. We’re happy to help you find the best option.
