How do I browse collections on the website?
Click on the “Shop” or “Collections” tab in the top menu to view all available outfits. You can filter by collection (e.g., Sketches to Self, Woven Roots) or product type (e.g., tops, dresses, sets).
How do I place an order?
Can I shop by size or collection?
Yes. Use the filters on the Shop page to sort products by size, collection, or color. This helps you quickly find what suits your needs.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is out of stock, it will be labeled “Sold Out” or unavailable in your size on the product page.
Where can I find the size guide?
Each product page includes a Size Guide link to help you pick the right fit. You can also find a full size chart in the website footer under Customer Care.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your item is shipped. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at orders@pamelanin.com.
Can I pay in Naira or other currencies?
Yes. Our checkout supports multiple currencies. Nigerian customers can pay in Naira using local payment options. International customers can pay via credit/debit card or PayPal.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save your favorite items, and check out faster next time.
How do I sign up for updates?
